Ohio University Alumni Association
As a graduate of OHIO, you are automatically a member of the Ohio University Alumni Association. The Alumni Association offers events and services to help you navigate your career, participate in lifelong learning opportunities, and connect with fellow alumni and friends.

Join an Alumni Network
An Alumni Network is an officially recognized group of OHIO graduates who share a geographical location or an affinity to share a collective passion for Ohio University. There are many Alumni Networks from which you may choose to join.
Austin C. Furbee Award
Presented by the Ohio University Eastern Coordinating Council, the Austin C. Furbee Award honors individuals who demonstrate exceptional service to both the university and the community. Named for Austin Furbee—whose vision and leadership were instrumental in founding the Eastern Campus—the award recognizes those who embody his legacy of civic commitment and dedication to expanding educational opportunities in the Ohio Valley. Funded by an endowment from his wife, Gladys Furbee, this is the campus’s highest alumni honor.
