Description

You can add a Teams meeting link to a flexspace reservation to collaborate with a combination of remote and in-person participants. 

Environment

Solution 

There are two ways to add a Microsoft Teams link to your reservation. 

Adding a Teams link before creating your reservation

  1. After logging into the EMS Web Portal , select  Create a Reservation in the left menu

  2. Scroll down to  FlexSpace / Conference Rooms or  FlexSpace / Offices and select  book now

  3. In the left menu, toggle on the Include Microsoft Teams option to add a meeting link to your reservation. 

Adding a Teams link after creating your reservation

  1. In Outlook or Catmail, open the reservation you'd like to edit

  2. Select  Edit

  3. Toggle on the Teams meetingoption

  4. Select Save

Note: These directions apply to EMS Web Portal  Flexspace reservations only. To reserve event spaces on campus managed by Conference and Event Services, visit Event Service's  Reserve with Virtual EMS . You will need to register to gain access.

Outcome:You should now be able to include a Microsoft Teams meeting link in your events scheduled with EMS.
