Come learn about an effective and simple method of  promoting and publicizing the work of school counselors.

The Support Personnel Accountability Report Card (SPARC) method       provides an avenue to create greater awareness of the myriad roles school counselors perform. It provides school counselors an opportunity to showcase the great results their programs achieve through publishing a student support program self-evaluation, promoting support programs to school administration and parents, implementing the National Standards and the National Model for School Counseling Programs developed by ASCA.

Bob Tyra is a former middle school and high school counselor who coordinated the SPARC program working as a Project Director for the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE). He currently works as an adjunct faculty member on the California State University, Long Beach School Counseling Program.
