Here is the posting for our Caseload Assistant in Athens which requires a Bachelor’s degree and the duties include primarily taking referrals over the phone, mail, fax and entering them and having a front door conversation and scheduling their initial interview.  Also scheduling evaluations for consumers and tracking down records.
