Huntington University invites applicants for a tenure track teaching position in its online Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling program beginning Fall 2016.  The university is experiencing growth in its online and residential MA in Counseling programs.  The Counseling program meets or exceeds educational standards for Licensed Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) in the state of Indiana.



This appointment is full-time, with salary and appointment in rank commensurate with qualifications and experience.  A doctoral degree in Counseling Education and Supervision (preferably from a CACREP-accredited institution), strong teaching credentials, experience in counselor supervision, and familiarity with distance education modalities are necessary.  Counseling experience and counseling licensure are also preferred.  Relocation to the Huntington campus is not required.
