Our main point of contact at NASA Glenn Research Center, Rachel Cadesky, has shared a helpful PDF document with tips/suggestions for navigating the USAJobs.gov website.  Attached you will find the PDF.  Anyone who wants to work for any agency of the federal government will benefit from reviewing this PDF document, as all federal hiring is done via the USAJobs.gov website.
