FYI… From: OWMA Secretary < owma.secretary at gmail.com > Sent: Friday, April 12, 2019 2:45 AM Subject: eDNA Workshop Opportunity at Cedar Bog Hi all! On May 17-19th, Cedar Bog Nature Reserve will be hosting a hands-on environmental DNA workshop taught by Steve Spear of The Wilds. The course will cover overall eDNA study design and implementation, but will also give participants a chance to test field samples using the Biomeme portable eDNA extraction and qPCR equipment. It’s a great opportunity for anyone interested in eDNA monitoring whether you have access to a lab or not. See the attached announcement for details. If you are interested or have questions, you can contact Steve at sspear at thewilds.org <mailto: sspear at thewilds.org > Also, a big thank you to all those who have completed the online survey regarding the 2019 OWMA Conference. We've already received some great feedback but would still love to hear back from those of you who haven't responded. If you've got an extra 3 minutes on your hands, please click here < https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WXSHY53 > and share your thoughts. Thanks!
