Here are the first OCEES Announcements 18 February 2019


1)      Darwin Lecture: Tracy Langkilde Professor and Chair of Biology - Penn State University - Evolutionary responses of animals to environmental challenges: coping with noisy landscapes and invasive predators. 16:00 on Monday 18 February Irvine 199

2)      Open social after the Darwin Lecture Monday 17:30 - 17:30 upstairs at the Union. Come celebrate Darwin's Birthday with us.

3)      No Ecolunch 20 February

4)      PBIO Colloquium: Dr. Marion Holmes  - Ohio University.  Lasting Contributions of Pasture Trees to Structural Heterogeneity and Plant Distributions in Post-Agricultural Forests. 11:50 a.m. Friday, 22 February, in Porter Hall 104.

5)      Ecolunch: Marissa Dyck - OU - Biological Sciences. Invasive species: Yellowstone trails and lots of snails and baboon troops with spiny poops. 11:50 on Wednesday, 27 February in Irvine 159. Marion is a former OCEES Graduate Research Fellowship recipient.
