We are delighted to welcome you to Behaviour 2025, the 38th International Ethological Congress, in the Kolkata. Held in India for the second time in its history, Behaviour 2025 hopes to be an exciting platform for students, early career researchers, scientists, NGOs, start-ups and professionals working on animal behaviour, its applications and its importance in an ever changing world.
Behaviour 2025 has a multi-disciplinary coverage of ethological research themes, across scales of organization, and utilizing a wide array of tools, from natural history to AI.
We have a fantastic line-up of keynote, plenary and public talks from distinguished speakers from around the world studying various aspects of animal behaviour.
Early bird registration, abstract submission (talks and posters), and workshop proposal submission are open!

Key dates:
Conference dates: 25-30th August 2025
Venue: Biswa Bangla Convention Center, New Town, Kolkata
End of Abstract submission: 15th February 2025
End of workshop proposal submissions: 31st March 2025
