The OHIO Business Service Center (OUBSC)< https://www.ohio.edu/finance-administration/business-service-center 
>, in partnership with OIT and Central Finance, has been working to enhance its intake forms for purchasing and travel requests. We began a rollout of the enhanced forms in December. Enhancements include, but are not limited to, the following:

  *   Improved layout/user experience
  *   Auto-calculation of estimated totals
  *   Option to select account numbers (cost centers), tailored to the requestor, from a drop-down menu
  *   Option to validate a manually entered account number
  *   Option to attach up to 10 documents of up to 4 MB each upon request submission
