Rebecca Robison-Miller is a former non-profit leader invested in community health and health disparity issues through a number of collaborative university-community outreach initiatives. Her philosophy is built on a community need and response model that integrates students, faculty and research to ensure sustainable benefit for all.
Robison-Miller leads a number of health-related university-community collaborative initiatives, including Age Friendly Athens County and Project HOPE, and has experience in community organizing around health and social issues. She is committed to students having meaningful experiences in our community and ensure the university is a good partner and neighbor in the region. She works to build, nurture and maintain over 100 community partnerships and also teaches practicum and internship courses in the Child & Family Studies program.
