Relax and Recover Challenge

Spring Member Challenge

This spring, WellWorks wants to help you be more mindful about how you focus on relaxation and recovery. It’s good to put yourself first and take the time you need to feel complete. Whether that means you committed to a hard workout, deep breathing, mindful eating, or other, use this challenge as a way to track what you’re doing for yourself and how you felt after completing it.

The new lockers will not have a quarter system so Day Use lockers will require that individuals bring their own lock beginning February 3.

WellWorks closed Aug 22 and 23 for Staff Training

WellWorks will be closed on Thursday, August 22 and Friday, August 23 for staff training. 

We will reopen and resume our Regular Operating Hours on Saturday, August 24.
