He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) in Management from California Coast University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Bryant University. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from Messiah University, providing a strong foundation in understanding human behavior in organizational settings.
