
A. Victor Jones is an Assistant Professor of Instruction and the Producing Artistic Director at Ohio University Lancaster, where he has been a dynamic force in theatre education and performance since 2010. A director, musician, and passionate educator, Victor holds a Master of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami, Florida, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Otterbein University.
Victor has directed and produced more than 50 major stage productions and over 40 student showcases at OHIO Lancaster, shaping the campus's thriving performing arts culture. He founded the annual summer community theatre production, a highlight of the historic Lancaster Festival.
Victor’s work has garnered numerous accolades, including the “Professor of the Year Award” and the “Dean’s Special Recognition Award” from OHIO Lancaster.
A proud member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC), Victor remains active in the industry as a professional actor represented by CAM Talent in Columbus, Ohio. Through his teaching, directing, and mentorship, Victor continues to inspire the next generation of theatre artists and arts advocates.
