For an administrator, there are several ways to participate in Administrative Senate—even without being a senator. Get involved and play a part in shaping the administrative staff experience.

Senate meetings are open. Attend any time to learn about what the Senate is doing and find opportunities to give your input.

Recognize an Admin
Nominate a colleague for an award or recognize them in a way that lets them know how appreciated and valued they are.

Review Policy Proposals
Provide feedback on policies that the Senate is currently reviewing or proposing.

Report a Concern
Make Senate aware of issues that you are experiencing so that they are able to advocate for a better path forward.

Join a Committee
You don’t have to be a senator to join a committee. Join one to get involved in a certain aspect of the Senate’s work.
