Biography
Robert Theodore Howe (July 4, 1920 - February 23, 2011) was a Civil Engineering professor at the University of Cincinnati from 1946 into the 1970s. In 1979 he became Assistant Dean of the College of Engineering and held that position until 1982. He retired from the University of Cincinnati in 1983.
