Series II: Work Agreements
Scope and Content
The United Cement, Lime, and Gypsum Workers International Union, Local 24 records from 1933 to 1976 and documents this local labor union's activities. The collection is organized into three series: Series I: Minutes; Series II: Work Agreements; and Series III: Miscellaneous Materials.
The five volume minutes books cover activity of the local from mid-1933 to late 1975. The work agreements cover wage agreements and work rules; there are 15 items from 1935-1961. The miscellaneous materials include membership books belonging to K.N. McCoy, a 1942 photographic group portrait, and a membership button for Local #18457.
