J.J. Stanbery letter to L.D. Poston, Jr., 1887 March 28
Scope and Contents
Holograph letter from Ohio University student J.J. Stanbery to L.D. Poston, Jr. of Athens, Ohio. Stanbery discusses the number of students at college that term, the number of students in his society, mentions the "Philoes" in comparison (probably Philomatheon Literary Society) and talks about friends and social matters. The bottom middle edge is damaged and obscures some writing.
