Biography of George T. LeBoutillier
Architect George Tyrrell LeBoutillier was born on September 18, 1908 in Andover, Massachusetts. He attended Carnegie Institution in Pittsburg, Bowdoin College located in Brunswick, Maine, Boston Museum School, and Childe-Walker School in Boston. In September of 1953, LeBoutillier joined the Ohio University faculty as a lecturer in architecture. He also worked as an independent artist and was an instructor and assistant director of practical art in architectural science at Harvard Graduate School of Design and practical art in Boston.
