History of Hocking Valley Arts Council
The Hocking Valley Arts Council (HVAC) was an entity whose mission was to create and promote art events in the Hocking Valley region and to act as the conduit between artists and the community. The HVAC participated in the petition to preserve the building that is now the Dairy Barn Arts Center in Athens, Ohio.
