in honor of the lives lost and lives affected from the Sept. 11\, 2001\, te
rror attacks at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. \n\n \n\nOn Friday

ns and Military Services Center Lt. Col. (Ret.) Terry St. Peter\, Ohio Univ
ersity Police Department Capt. Mike Meek\, who is also a veteran who served
in Afghanistan\, and other veteran and military students will lower the fl
ag in front of Cutler Hall to give respects. \n\n \n\nOn Saturday\, Sept. 1
1\, moments of silence will be observed at these times:\n\n8:46 a.m. – When
American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the North Tower. 9:03 a.m. – Whe
n United Airlines Flight 175 crashed into the South Tower.9:37 a.m. – When
American Airlines Flight 77 crashed into the Pentagon. 10:03 a.m. – When U
nited Airlines Flight 93 crashed into a field in Somerset County\, Pennsylv
ania after passengers and crew members onboard attempted to retake the plan
