Dr. M. Geneva Murray, Director of Ohio University Women's Center, and MaryKathyrine Tran, MS, Assistant Director of the Women's Center, join the Ohio University Alumni Association to host a free workshop via Zoom.

This is a licensed workshop created by the American Association of University Women (AAUW) and is designed to help participants understand the wage gap, with a particular discussion of the gender wage gap and how to combat it by improving one's salary negotiation skills. Salary negotiation is analyzed through budgeting, salary benchmarking, and negotiation tips and tactics. This workshop is made possible through support from the AAUW, the Graduate College, and CLDC.
