Asking for a Friend: How Can I Channel My Inner Badass? Discovering Your Confidence at Work and Beyond
Ever wonder how to find what makes you thrive or how to have the confidence to chase a dream? We invite you to join OHIO alumna Casey Christopher, BSC ’02, as she explores how to channel your inner confidence to help you get where you want to go at work and beyond.
Casey’s unique role as the first ever Chief Empowerment Officer for a financial institution gives her an interesting perspective on the pathway to finding your dream job and owning your life as you get there. Throughout her exciting career path, she learned quickly that she had to be intentional and strategic about how she spent her time at work and outside of work. Casey will share her strategies, such as writing in a confidence journal, performing a job skills audit, asking for allyship not just mentorship and much more.
Join us with your cameras on from noon-12:45 p.m. EDT on October 14. Come with questions as there will be plenty of time for group discussion.
Asking for a Friend The Asking for a Friend series is here to address those questions you may not want to ask out loud. During each event, our expert speaker will provide answers to common questions we all face about adulthood, finances, career and more. Join us for some practical life advice during these quick and casual virtual gatherings!
