This role provides a channel for Quontic employees to initi ate change\, participate in change\, and cultivate change. Casey provides r esources and opportunities for Quontic teammates to feel comfortable bringi ng their authentic selves to work\, whether that’s through employee-led eng agement\, wellness resources\, virtual appreciation events or fun\, creativ e projects.\n\n \n\nIn 2009\, she began a decade of service on the Ohio Uni versity Alumni Association Board of Directors culminating with her election to Chairwoman in 2017.
