Join OHIO Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion Gigi Secuban and Executive Chef Tim Bruce, as they host a cooking demo at 12:00 p.m. EDT featuring the University’s famous sour cream coffee cake. Secuban, an avid home baker, and Bruce will walk through how to bake, assemble, and decorate the famous coffee cake in the Jefferson Marketplace’s Culinary Studio. 

This recipe was created by Mary Jane Jones who retired from Culinary Services after 35 years of service. The ingredients and recipe are included in the confirmation email you will receive after you register for the event.
