Opportunities Upon Graduation

Manufacturing is moving forward at a fast-pace with new technologies in the area of Robotics and Automation. However, the need for qualified candidates to maintain such equipment is lagging due to degree completion timing required for such skills. This certificate program is intended to prepare students to fill these needed roles within a crucial industry. Ohio officials state that “the demand for Robotics Technicians is expected to increase by 17% between 2022 and 2028. The average salary for a manufacturing technician in Central Ohio is $45,000 to $55,000 per year.”
