Various Apple software products, some available only through the Mac App Store. Quantity discounts may be available with 20 or more of the same license.

Access

  • Installed via link sent by the IT Service Desk

  • Pricing and discount vary based on the title you are interested in.

Who can access

  • University-owned devices only

How to request access

All departmental Apple software purchases must go through the Technology Help Center. You may not use an individual P Card or iTunes gift card.

Contact the IT Service Desk with the following information:

  • Software or app title

  • OHIO ID of each user

  • Departmental account number for billing

  • Computer Name

After your order has been processed, the Service Desk will email you a download link and any necessary license codes.

Note: Please ensure your software is up to date. OHIO IT supports the most recent version and one previous version of a software program.
