Changing your OHIO ID is only for employeesof Ohio University.
This service provides a way for OHIO employees to change their OHIO ID due to a legal name change or other exception. Employees must have completed the name change process with University Human Resources (UHR) before requesting this service.

OneDrive:Changing your OHIO ID in OHIO systems may cause some shared file links from your OneDrive to break. Your OHIO ID is part of the link that you can share with other OHIO members, so when you change your OHIO ID, you will need to re-share links to those files.

Other:Some OHIO systems may require you to be added as a user again with your new OHIO ID.
