Event Management Software: EMS

Description

EMS is a space & event scheduling solution for students & employees who can book spaces for select OHIO University spaces.

Access

  • Log into the system here: EMS Web Portal

  • There is no cost associated to use EMS.

Who can access

  • By default, all staff, faculty, and students involved in student organizations are able to use the system. All employees have access to book Flex Workspaces through EMS.

How to request access

  • Access requests are used to request the ability to book spaces with Conference & Event Services. Please fill out this Service Desk request form to proceed with the Department Registration Request

Features

  • The solution improves transparency into event space on campus with a shared calendar accessible by all EMS users.

  • EMS allows users to manage spaces, collect billing information, coordinate resources such as catering, and send Event Orders.

    • Example: Reserving a device in a space

Connect with other applications

  • All reservations made in EMS are reflected in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
