Free Carpet and Area Rugs at the Athens County Fairgrounds Donated from Ohio University Move Out. Conditions of the rugs vary. Check in at the large building top of the hill.
2019 Athens Campus Steam Outage
Starts: Monday, May 6 - Ends: Friday, May 17
During the above dates, the entire campus will be without steam. This will affect the air conditioning capabilities at Morton and Alden. In other buildings there may be temperature variations depending upon their system capabilities. Additionally, any special equipment relying on steam to function will be inoperable (for example, some autoclaves are reliant upon steam). This outage also affects the production of domestic hot water in many of our buildings, including residence halls.
Campus Recycling and Zero Waste Give Away Day
Starts: Tuesday, May 7, 5:30 p.m. - Ends: Wednesday, May 8, 8 p.m. Athens County Fairgrounds
Free Give Away Day at the Athens County Fairgrounds Items include furniture, clothing, food boxes, household items and more. Items donated from Ohio University and City of Athens Move Out.

Join the Ohio University Police Department and WellWorks for a lunchtime walk. All members of the OHIO and Athens communities are welcome to join us for a special guest, good conversations and get your steps in!
