Using AI to Tip the Productivity Equation
Dr. Ashley Metcalf kicked off the AI workshop by discussing the simple equation PRODUCTIVITY = OUTPUT, noting that companies using AI tools and other technologies can improve productivity.
“AI tools may help you improve the quality and quantity of your outputs without additional time or energy,” she noted.
“This might involve delegating, eliminating unnecessary tasks, using AI tools to reduce your mental energy load, or optimizing workflows. Productivity isn’t a one-size-fits-all concept. It’s about making intelligent choices and adjustments to either side of the equation."
