I am a first-year Ph.D. student and have been interested in the ecology and evolution of turtles since my undergrad, where I investigated body size patterns in extant and fossil turtles and tortoises. For my Ph.D. project, I want to focus on thermoregulation in terrestrial tortoises and how they are affected by climate change.
