The PCard office has been seeing several declines on PCards. Most of these declines have been related to cards not being activated, or the cardholder entering a bad PIN. Cardholders are strongly encouraged to use Bank of America’s online card platform Global Card Access to view their assigned PIN, create a new PIN, establish any account alerts and notification for card declines, and respond to expected fraudulent charges. GCA also has a smartphone app that allows you to view recent transactions, along with your credit limit and available balance.
The PCard office launched a new website with the implementation of the updated Payment Card Policy. On the website cardholders can find detailed instructions for activating their card, managing alerts, and managing card PINs.
