As you all know, OHIO switched to a new payment card provider, Bank of America, in April 2022. To this date, there are still approximately 100 payment cards from the initial distribution that have not been picked up by the respective cardholders. For security reasons, the PCard office cannot hold onto these cards for extended periods of time. Any cards that were part of the initial distribution need to be picked up by October 31, 2022, to prevent them from being destroyed . Once a card is destroyed, the cardholder will need to work with their planning unit CFAO to apply for a new card if needed.
- If you are a cardholder that works remotely, mailing your PCard to your home address is an option with CFAO approval. Please email financecustomercare@ohio.edu if you need your card mailed to you.
- If you have any other circumstances which prevent you from picking up your card by October 31, 2022, please email financecustomercare@ohio.edu so that we can make other arrangements with you to get your payment card. We will not destroy any cards in which the cardholder is actively working with Finance on arrangements to receive.
As a reminder, before you can receive your payment card you must complete training and sign the cardholder agreement as required by policy 55.074 Payment Card Program . For additional information on training please visit our website at ohio.edu/finance/pcard and select the Training icon at the top of the page.
Pickups are by appointment only. Please email financecustomercare@ohio.edu to arrange a time to pick up your card. Please remember that you must show a picture ID to the PCard representative distributing the card.
