The phone tree refers to the numbered options shared during the menu described when calling the OIT Service Desk at 740.593.1222.
The Office of Information Technology encourages members of the OHIO community to familiarize themselves with these changes to ensure that they get connected to the right support channel.

- If you have Canvas-related questions, press 1 to connect with Canvas support. This is a new addition to the phone tree to maximize Canvas’s 24/7 support.
- If your inquiry relates to Blackboardor anything else, do not press any numbers. Simply remain on the line for assistance from the OIT Service Desk.
In addition to the updated phone support, OIT offers multiple ways for users to seek assistance:
