Our Exercise Physiology lab offers a wide variety of testing options for the community from body composition, resting metabolism, general fitness testing, or athlete testing. See descriptions of testing options below.
Body Composition Analysis: Bioelectrical impedance analysis via the InBody 770. Provides measurements of fat mass, muscle mass, and body water as well as cellular health and daily caloric needs. Includes professional interpretation of results. Test time: approximately 15 minutes. Cost: $25
Resting Metabolic Rate Analysis: Analysis of how many calories your body burns at rest, to help plan a weight loss, weight gain, or weight maintenance program. Recommend to bundle with Body Composition testing to optimize information. Test time: approximately 60 minutes. Cost: $75
Health Fitness Testing: Health fitness testing includes resting blood pressure, height, weight, body mass index, body composition, submaximal exercise test, push-ups, grip strength, and flexibility. Test time: approximately 90 minutes. Cost: $100
