Succession planning is a best practice for changing management. In partnership with the Muskingum County Library System , this in-person training will explain how it helps reduce the issues that can arise when a key employee leaves or transitions to a new role, and it allows you to pass on important knowledge beforehand.

As a part of the SBDC Business Advisor team, Teri also delivers expertise in business management, forecasting, and helping clients move forward with strong growth strategies.
