Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) enhances the OARC framework by systematically identifying, assessing, and managing risks across the entire university, addressing insurable risk, and supporting development of other risk mitigation measures. ERM includes Risk Management and Insurance, oversight of the Minors on Campus program, and Workers' Compensation.
