Quoted prices are based on diesel prices less than $3.50 per gallon. A fuel surcharge will be added to the quoted price should diesel increase above this per gallon rate. Pricing will be based on the U.S. Energy Information Administration Index (EIA) and will be reviewed on a weekly basis.
