Facilities Work Requests

(Requests for Athens, Chillicothe, Eastern, Lancaster, Southern and Zanesville Campuses)

VPN connection is required while off campus to submit a request.

Submitting this work order grants OU Facilities staff entry to the referenced space.  Please let other occupants know that a work order has been placed for a facility concern and staff will be entering to resolve the issue. Facilities staff may enter any areas in the event of an emergency.

Students are not charged for standard custodial or maintenance requests.  However, students  may be charged in the event there Is excessive wear and tear or facility concerns/damages as a result of student behavior.
