As the Financial Systems Enhancements project team prepares to convert to the new Chart of Accounts and Grants Module, we have developed Finance Lookup tools that are now available to all OHIO faculty and staff in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI).
The new Finance Lookups are available by logging in to OBI and selecting Dashboards > Finance & Administration Dashboards > Finance Lookups.
These lookup dashboard pages will replace the current NA Lookup and CC Lookup. In addition, users can query old to new account numbers. Quick Reference Guides have been developed for each dashboard page and are available on the OBI page of the Finance systems site . The following quick reference guides are available:
Planning Unit CFAOs, financial leaders, and FSE Change Network representative(s) are available to answer account specific questions for your P lanning U nit. As communicated last week, the cutover checklist has been published.
