Kids on Campus, in partnership with the Ohio Association of Foodbanks, is looking for people who want to make a difference this summer. Are you interested in doing something meaningful and working with some GREAT KIDS? Consider becoming an AmeriCorps VISTA member in Athens and devote a summer toward fighting poverty and building professional experience. Be a Kids on Campus Summer Associate VISTA as we partner with the Ohio Association of Foodbanks to feed hungry children.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Passion for helping others
- Enjoy working with children
- Organized and reliable
- Access to reliable transportation
- Willingness to work approximately 40 hours per week
- Full-time availability from June 6th through August 5th
Benefits:
- $970 monthly living allowance
- $1,200 end of service educational award (can be used toward educational expenses)
