Community Food Pantry 

In partnership with the Southeast Ohio Foodbank

Community Health Programs is proud to partner with the Southeast Ohio Foodbank , regional growers, and producers to aid in addressing food insecurity in our southeast Ohio communities. Pre-registration through FreshTrak is encouraged but not required for our monthly choice pantries.

• Tuesday, October 15 from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm
• Tuesday, November 19 from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm
• Tuesday, December 17 from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Please note: Parking at the Heritage Community Clinic is limited, and pantry clients are encouraged to come at 5 p.m. or later. Also, we are unable to serve members of the public prior to 5 p.m. on our mass distribution days. If you are unable to join us at the pantry, please send a proxy with a signed note, your current address, and a copy or photo of your ID. Thank you for understanding!
