Phoebe Giordano

Phoebe Giordano is third-year student in the Honors Tutorial College Environmental Studies program with a minor in Outdoor Recreation & Education and an Appalachian Studies certificate. She is from Charlottesville, Virginia and has a vested interest in local food systems, sustainable agriculture, and place-based learning. As the Sustainability Marketing Coordinator, Phoebe writes the bi-weekly newsletter, runs the office’s social media pages, and works to keep the campus informed on upcoming sustainability efforts and events. Outside of the office, Phoebe works with the Voinovich School as a research scholar and enjoys getting outside whenever she can!
