- Select the option to Add Anchored Spotlights.
- Choose Bio Style:

The Text Columns style allows you to add paragraph content that displays in two columns. Make sure that you always use the Bio field when creating an element with this Bio type.
- Add the image
- Add the Preheading. Make sure this is consistent for all of the spotlights in the element
- Add Name
- Add Intro Text (Optional)
- Select Add Anchored Spotlight if you want to add another spotlight.

[ Excerpt from President's Special Message ] I have dedicated my career to public higher education, serving at institutions in Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee and North Carolina and growing in my career from faculty member to Associate Dean to Dean to Provost. While that trajectory has helped me prepare for this role, I want you to know that this opportunity represents far more to me than a culminating professional position. I am a second-generation college student, raised in a small Appalachian town by parents who believed deeply in the power of education to shape our lives and in the responsibility we had to give back to our neighbors and to society as a whole. Rufus' name is a shortened version of his species' scientific moniker, Lynx Rufus. As a passionate OHIO fan, he never misses a game. Rufus embodies the phrase "OU Oh Yeah!", and spends his free time prowling the Ridges, cheering on his fellow bobcats, high-fiving fans, and being a social media influencer.
