Lieutenant Colonel Troy A. Lovely is a native of Centerville, Ohio and was commissioned through the ROTC program at the University of Toledo in 2006 as a Military Intelligence Officer.
His civilian and military education includes: a bachelor’s degree in business administration (University of Toledo, 2006), a master’s degree in Intelligence Studies (American Military University, 2020), Military Intelligence Officer Basic Course, Military Intelligence Captain’s Career Course, Command & General Staff College, Airborne School, Air Assault School, Rappel Master, and Combative(s) Level 1.
