OHIO IT periodically surveys students, faculty, and staff to understand how well technology services are meeting their needs. These surveys provide valuable insight into what’s working well, where improvements are needed, and how we can better support the Bobcat community.

Tool Interface Consistency:The lowest-rated item across all groups (2.2/5), with feedback pointing to confusing layouts and inconsistent design.

Mobile Usability for Staff:Many staff members reported difficulties using university systems on mobile devices.
