Program Overview
The Customer Service Leadership major leads to a Bachelor of Applied Human and Consumer Sciences. This is an online bachelor completion degree, appropriate for students who have earned an associate’s or technical degree and/or at least 60 semester hours at an accredited institution. This degree focuses on employer-to-customer and employee-to-employee relationships. The key customer service leadership concepts such as empathy, emotional intelligence, communication and awareness are applied in a variety of industries.
Admissions Information
For Freshman/First-Year Admission, Change of Program or External Transfer
No requirements beyond University admission requirements. This is a bachelor completion degree, so incoming students must have earned at least 60 semester hours at Ohio University or in transfer credits. T To obtain the documents necessary to change your major or externally transfer into the program you will need to speak with an eCampus Advisor based on students last name at the following link here.
Opportunities Upon Graduation
This degree can provide advancement opportunities in many different fields such as hospitality, retail, human services, law enforcement, utilities, nursing, health care administration, call centers and computer technology. Students have also used this degree as a stepping-stone into graduate programs.
