Program Overview
The undergraduate Sport Analytics certificate program addresses the strategic use of on-and-off-field analytics, and the technical skills critical to successful analytics implementation in sport. This program is designed to equip students with cutting-edge skills and knowledge in the rapidly evolving and growing field of sports analytics. Work with data from sport teams to develop insights and hone technical skills. This certificate program is designed for students seeking employment in sport analytics as well as students with an interest in sport analytics.

Certificate Hours Requirement
The Sport Analytics Certificate requires completion of a minimum of 18 semester hours.

- MIS 2800 - Business Intelligence and Information Management Credit Hours: 3
- QBA 2720 - Business Analytics Credit Hours: 3
- QBA 3720 - Predictive Analytics Credit Hours: 3
- SASM 4200 - Sport Analytics Credit Hours: 3
- SASM 4600 - Advanced Sport Analytics Credit Hours: 3

Note: Students completing the Business Analytics co-major cannot use SASM 4200 as their capstone.
