Overview

The HCOM Resident form is used to gather information about prospective Residents who may have HCOM students rotating with them.

Completing a Resident Application

The Resident application can be accessed using the following link .

The application is brief, primarily collecting Resident contact information. Please be sure to have CV in a PDF format ready to load when filling out the application, this is required. 

Viewing Resident Applications

To view all Resident applications, go to  https://ouhcom.my.salesforce.com . Be sure you are in Preceptor side of the system, you can navigate to this by clicking the waffle icon in the top left hand corner and selecting 'HCOM Preceptors'. 

Then click on 'Contacts' at the top of the navigation bar and in the view enter 'HCOM Residents'
